At present, China-India relations stand at a new starting point and usher in new opportunities. We should draw wisdom from our thousands of years of civilizations and explore a way for neighboring and emerging major countries to get along with each other in accordance with "enhancing mutual trust, focusing on cooperation, managing differences and seeking common development". We also need to master the four keys of "leading, transmitting, shaping and integrating". "Leading" means to reach consensus and guide the direction of the development of bilateral relations under the guidance of our two leaders. "Transmitting" means to transmit the leaders’ consensus to all levels and translate it into tangible cooperation and outcomes. "Shaping" means to go beyond the mode of managing differences, shape bilateral relations actively and accumulate positive momentum. "Integrating" means to strengthen exchanges and cooperation, promote convergence of interests and achieve common development.

Apparently, corporate incentive and reward systems can be significant tools to implement CS and align the interests of the corporation, the managers, and the employees. This is because they can reinforce the sense of responsibility of the employees and hold them accountable for their contribution to the sustainability strategy, by developing all the necessary measurement and evaluation systems on the corporate culture. Equally, the performance measurement and reward systems seek to steer the behaviour of the employees towards the strategic goals. In this light, they are needed to appraise the benefits for implementing sustainability. 121 Since the incentive compensations systems can tie the employees to the CS vision, thus, enhancing their work engagement, reinforcing their commitment, and keeping them more motivated. What’s more, the measurement systems are important to evaluate the rewards or bonus allocation, and verify whether the company is performing in the right track.

Chimamda Nagozi Adichie does not make all the women characters to undergo transformation during the period of war in her novel Half of the Yellow Sun. She deliberately excludes some women characters to lie in the same trap of tradition and custom, though women like them contribute to the welfare of the society during the Biafran war. Through these characters Adichie bring forth a deep thought that women can not only be liberated by the education or freedom given to them, but they have to develop courage and learn to liberate their minds from their inner self. Because courage furnish something that education cannot. As Azukie says, ...women relentlessly struggle to achieve the much desired freedom from the clutches of tradition, from socio-political and economic disempowerment of women as well as from male oppression. In the Nigerian society which Adichie’s novels realistically portray, more and more women are banding together in order t o put an end to many years of deep rooted oppression and senseless subjugation.
