Electric vehicles are currently experiencing a renaissance due to advancements in machinery, a continued emphasis on sustainable energy, and the diminishing impact of transport on ecological change and other common issues. Electric vehicles have been described by Project Drawdown as one of the 100 newest solutions for monitoring climate change. Traction battery special systems are used in newer (or wearable) vehicles, but an electric vehicle battery (EVB) is a type of battery used to control electric vehicle (BEV) incentives. These batteries are usually secondary (battery control) batteries and usually contain lithium ion. Forklifts, electric golf carts, bicycle scrubbers, electric bicycles, electric cars, trucks, vans and other vehicles all use power batteries and have much higher ampere-hour limits.

To prevent this, the type and behavior of the soil must be informed to the designer prior to structural design, especially in areas with severe earthquakes. So far, this paper has reviewed different approaches taken by different researchers.

Effects of Incentives and Manager Personalities on Firm Performance——Parameters of Management Accounting Information Quality (Palembang large-scale industrial survey)

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of motivation and personality of managers to the performance either directly or through the role of information quality of management accounting as a mediation variable. This research used survey methods with quantitative analysis by analyzing the correlation between the four variables. Scope of the research was to know the value of independent variable (motivation, personality), dependent variable (company performance), and mediation variable (quality of management accounting information) by connecting one variable with other variables through statistical numbers. The analytical method used statistical parametric with Smart PLS tool. The results confirmed that the motivation of management and personality was significantly influence the quality of management accounting information. On the other hand, the quality of management accounting information had a significant effect on company performance. The result of test to the parameter coefficient between manager's motivation and manager's personality toward information quality of management accounting showed that there was a significant positive effect. It also showed that the information quality of management accounting on the performance of the company showed a significant positive effect. It could be concluded that the information quality of management accounting could be the motivation of mediation and the manager's personality to the company's performance

Wangsamaju Social Interaction form According to the Integrated Platform Concept

Abstract: Malaysia's ethnic diversity is a challenge to create a harmonious society. Social interactions reveal the social conditions of a society, whether socially integrated or not, and vice versa. Race relations create discriminatory, competitive, and conflicting relationships that affect community relations. A study was conducted using a questionnaire and observational method with 300 respondents to investigate the relationship between the various ethnic communities in the Wangsamaju district of Kuala Lumpur. The form of social interaction within a community inevitably determines the degree of social integration between them. This study shows that most social interactions in communities are still influenced by race, leading to prejudice, stereotypes and ethnocentrism. These factors then shape different patterns and forms of interaction in the community, whether in conflict, competition, discrimination, cooperation or non-cooperation. The concept of an integrated platform has been used to describe the context of the community. Research findings suggest that social interactions at the individual level show more negative than positive aspects. However, the analysis of the findings described by the concept of an integrated platform suggests that individual events and attitudes toward different ethnic groups are adaptive existential journeys to build mutual understanding within the framework of social interaction
